Livadia is a small Turkish community in the occupied Karpasia region.

Geographical Location: It lies 33 km North of Ammochostos at an elevation of 50m.

Population: The population of this community in 1960 numbered 191 (all Turks). its Turkish population in 1973 was 205.

Christian Places of Worship: Within this community, is the church of Panagia Kyra.
